I will attach pics...
I'm guessing there is a setting to correct this.
1/4" plate 45 amp 1mm tip.

Thanks

You could add a short overcut, or add a short pause at end of cut to allow the flame to catch up with the torch before it shuts off.

If you have a THC, your torch could be climbing to get over the pierce dross on the end. Try adding a longer lead in to get your pierce away from the cut path.

Is that pretty easy to do in sheetcam? I also have a video of the cut

Not sure if I can post that, I'm only 1 week into this so I really don't know much
. Just enough to be dangerous I guess

Overcut should be in the operations settings. Not positive about the pause.
The lead in settings are also in the operations. I usually use a perpendicular lead and use the material thickness as a starting point for length.

In sheetcam.. what is the difference between when u goto operation --> then select jet cutting... that main page.. and then whne u click the 3 dots (...) after tool and anoth44 pages comes up I will attach pics...?
At the bottom u less u click on use lead in setting they are grayed out.. vs. The first page u goto that under basic where they are active... for instance there is a feed rate option on basic page.. and another on the extra page that opens up when you click the 3 dots after tool?

Thanks in advance

The 3 dots after the tool is just a shortcut to the tool settings. Same window you access from the toolbox on the main screen.
The lead settings in the tool was a feature requested by me and some others, since these settings usually change depending on material thickness it made sense to tie them to the tool. Earlier versions had them only in the operations window. If you check the use lead in settings box, it uses the ones in the tool.

Nope. It just helps to connect the posts together so people can follow all of the responses.

Looks like someone manually added lead ins. They tend to confuse SheetCam.

That's what I'm thinking..
Cuz I put the file into sheet cam with out the lines and after I post processed it see sheetcam added its own.. ..

edit-- i ran file and it cut perfect, except a new issue, after the cut the torch goes back to the 00 position, quickly it seems but the torch is almost still cuting and low, and leaves a drag line/ half cut in the material,.. any ideas how to correct this.. ill add pics.
