I think you would have to draw a grid of open paths with the finished part dimensions plus the kerf width. Then set SheetCam to not offset open paths. Otherwise your parts would be smaller than desired. Would you cut long strips and then cut the short dimension? I would think warpage would make the ...

The Hypertherm has an arc transfer signal in the cpc port on the rear. Does your tracker system have an input to hold motion until the arc has transferred?

Do you have other printers set up in Windows? You could always go to the printers in Windows and change the default printer there.

Didn't look at your job yet, but did you take into account kerf width & offset in your calculations? I'm pretty sure this can have an affect on when rules are applied.

The probe moves should be inserted as the gcode is created by the post processor.

Yeah, I was just looking at your formula. Looks like it should work. I think that is a better idea than the cut distance at determining when to probe.

Proximity probing is an interesting concept. I guess it wouldn't be hard to implement. Simply note the x & y of a probe position and then calculate if the new pierce is outside of a circle centered on the previous probe position.
